Conference Associates, Inc. (CAI), one of New York's first and largest group insurance administrators, has been providing business owners and individuals with insurance solutions since 1961. CAI offers coverage for health, life, dental, long-term care, and more. In addition to its product offerings, CAI provides billing, administrative, customer care, educational and insurance-professional support services. Our focus remains on building and maintaining long-term relationships with those we serve and support: consumers, professional insurance agents, and major insurance carriers.

While CAI can write policies with many carriers in New York, we've featured a select group of insurers in this on-line format. New York State Business Group

CAI regularly works in tandem with the New York State Business Group to enhance and extend its benefits and services to business owners, their employees and their families. Today, many beneficial programs are accessed through membership in the Business Group. NYSBG membership has been just $60 per year since 2001. Many members find that the benefits of membership far outweigh the annual cost to join!

CAI shares its roof with an experienced property and casualty agency, Cue Brokerage Corp. CBC provides coverage to protect many of the items you would expect like your home, auto, boat, or property. They also provide coverage for aspects of your business you may not have considered such as required Worker's Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Advertising Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Business Interruption, Crime Coverage and much, much more. Agent Services

CAI is proud to work with some of the top insurance agents and insurance agencies operating both inside and outside of New York State. Like our services to these professionals, our agent services area will continue to grow and change to better serve the needs of the professional insurance agent. Agents can use our On-Line Case Manager system (O.L.C.M.) to view new/existing group enrollment status, payment status, and print plan renewal illustrations for each of their clients. Agents can also access our free quoting software program from Health Connect; a highly-advanced plan benefit/network comparison & illustration tool.

Aside from our website tools agents are welcome to contact our CAI Agent Services Staff for guidance and advice on our product benefits, enrollment guidelines, underwriting, billing, marketing tools, and our educational seminars.
