Emblem Health Care Reform EmblemHealth has launched a health reform website. The site provides tools, videos and educational material on how the reform act affects New Yorkers. There are four audience portals: individuals/members, small employers, large employers and brokers. The portals feature several educational tools, such as a small business premium savings estimator, a tool to help small employers estimate the small business tax credit, and a health reform timeline.
